- April 11-13: Press Releases and announcements on co-sponsors’ and LATC websites and social media (Facebook, Linkedin).
- April 23-May 30: Application Period. In the event that 30 qualified applications are received each from the State of Florida and Brazil before the deadline, the application period ends at that time. (Note: Application Period Extended for Students from Florida: June 14)
- June 1-June 15: Selection of the top treatments by the Jury.
- June 22: Announcement of winners.
