The latest edition, in November 2015, of the LATC Global Audiovisual Industry Immersion Program, the exclusive five-day program of meetings with high-profile Hollywood executives and organizations for global audiovisual industry professionals, was once again a huge success. 24 producers and executives from South Korea, Japan, China, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Cambodia, Nigeria, Vietnam, New Zealand, Ecuador and Italy attended the Program.
The intensive schedule of industry meetings included briefing sessions by leading entertainment attorneys, film industry executives, independent market consultants, as well as top talent agency executives, successful writer/producers, training sessions and presentation of pitches to a highly qualified panel of producers. Presentations covered international markets, current trends in independent film production and distribution, the new business models generated by the latest technologies and new opportunities for independent producers in the US and international markets in multiple windows and platforms. Participants had also a Day Pass to the American Film Market 2015 and one to AFM Finance Conferences.
The Program was organized by the Latin American Training Center-LATC with support of the Independent Film & Television Alliance – IFTA.
