New article by Steve Solot: From Mobile Phones to the Big Screen: Cinema Opens New Perspectives for Young People at DEGASE

In his new article, published on August 31th in Revista de Cinema, Steve Solot, President of the Latin American Training Center (LATC), emphasize that a mobile phone can become a camera, a studio, and a tool for self-expression.
