Based on his publication “Current Mechanisms for Financing Audiovisual Content in Latin America,” Steve Solot, LATC President, will provide updates on programs and legislation promoting filming in Latin American countries, as part of the program of the annual Locations and Global Finance Show organized by the Association of Film Commissioners International-AFCI.  The panel is scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2016 at 2:30pm the Marriott Burbank Hotel. Following  Solot’s presentation he will then lead a panel discussion about the feature film, “The 33” with producers Robert Katz (CrashSeabiscuit), Andres Calderon (Narcos), and Silvia Echeverri of the Colombian Film Commission.
