LATC president, Steve Solot, who also serves as Executive Director of the Brazilian Film Commission Network – REBRAFIC and President of the Rio Film Commission, participated in the 2nd Conference on Creative ]tourism in Brasilia, organized by SEBRAE, the Brazilian Office of Small Business Administration. His presentation focused on the objectives, operations, economic benefits and challenges of film commissions.
The Conference was held in the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil of Brasilia, and brought together leaders of the Brazilian creative industry and tourism industries to debate Brazil’s role in both sectors.
