The initiative has grown from the need to adapt and modernize teaching methods and the overall training of professionals working in cinema and the audiovisual sector to adjust to today’s quickly changing panorama, and, more specifically, the need to reevaluate film as a creative and cultural industry and its role in the new audiovisual universe, with its new technology platforms and business models for distribution and exhibition.
