The Latin American Training Center-LATC is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s edition of our traditional screenplay treatment competition, LATINX, whose theme was “Relationships”.
Category “Brazil”:
1st place – “Entre Empadas & Empanadas” by João Pedro Pinho Gomes Thiago (Niterói, Rio de Janeiro)
2nd place – “Minha Herança Não Será a Tua” by Thaís Monteiro de Castro Costa (Muriaé, Minas Gerais)
3rd place – “Menospausa” by Luciana do Valle Ribeiro da Silva (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Category “In Spanish”:
1st place – “Río de la Plata Hotel” by Silvana Beatriz Gizzi (Argentina)
2nd place – “Sé Humano” by Manuel Alejandro Dueñas Mackliff (Ecuador)
3rd place – “Dos pares de tacones y un tango” by María de Los Ángeles López Jiménez (Mexico)
