The fourth EGEDA-FIPCA Iberoamerican Audiovisual Forum will take place November 12-15 in Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic, and will bring together the principal players in the audiovisual sector to discuss the principal challenges of the industry.
The Latin American Training Center-LATC is one of the collaborators of the event, and its president, Steve Solot, who also serves as president of the Rio Film Commission and executive director ofe the Brazilian Film Commission Network – REBRAFIC, will participate in the Panel “Film Commissions: Their contribution to audiovisual industry development – identifying alternative forms of financing.” Solot also represents the Latin American Film Commission Network-LAFCN, the regional non-profit organization aimed at promoting the interests of its members to attract national and international audiovisual productions.
