Foreign Body

Script Stage

A disgraced junior surgeon is forced to protect her demanding patients from infected hospital staff when an alien contagion sweeps through their small rural hospital. Battling delusional doctors and hideously deformed victims, she struggles to keep her professional vow to do no harm. This film is fun and gross, with inventive gore, sick gallows humor and a satirical subtext on the realities of health care.
