The latest edition of the LATC Global Film and Television Program in November 2016 was once again a huge success. The exclusive five-day program included presentations and meetings with high-profile Hollywood executives and industry organizations aimed at audiovisual industry professionals. Participants in this year´s delegation came from China, Taiwan, the Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, Ghana, Brazil, Japan and South Korea. Armed with diverse projects and stimulating backgrounds, the LATC creatives met with key professionals in the film industry, each sharing their expertise and special knowledge.
“It is exciting to watch our participants interact with each other and with our speakers,” commented Kate Lyra, LATC Director. “As platforms change and multiply, there is a discernible tendency for distributors to actively seek diversity. I take special pride in our program´s ability to help connect people with core knowledge, concepts and contacts needed to move their projects forward.”
Designed for international film and television industry professionals, the LATC Global Film and Television Program offered an exclusive opportunity to explore, understand and access the enormous potential of the global and US entertainment market. It also included an official Day Badge for access to the American Film Market, the premiere global marketplace for films.
